Sometimes real messages can be blocked by the bayesian filter (SPAM Scoring) as spam and you wish whitelist and release those messages to your inbox.
- Simply login in your cPanel --> Spam and Virus Protection (ASSP Deluxe).
- Click in the "Log" button.
- Click in the "I" icon in the specific blocked email.
This action will release and resend the blocked message to your inbox and also will whitelist the sender email address.
