Im sending a message to myself and is failing as spam

If you are sending an email from your hosted account with us to the same email address or to another email address in the same hosted domain, and ASSP is detecting, tagging or rejecting it as spam is most probably because you are not sending it correctly.

To avoid this happen make sure you are using our SMTP server to send your emails (mail.yourdomain.com) and not any other SMTP, for example your ISP SMTP to relay through our server, etc.

ASSP do not block, tag nor reject any local sender, this means if you send emails between your email addresses in the same hosted domain with us they are delivered bypassing the spam filters.
