If you experience an issue with a black screen when opening Trendy Site builder this may be due to the new version of EasyApache using PHP 5.4 or a newer version that has deprecated variable usage.
Try reverting to an earlier version of PHP or PHP 5.3 to get this to work via Easy Apache.
This has solved an issue for us after checking the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
